I used Caledonian Moving & Storage to ship my belongings when relocating to Australia. When I first called the representative talked me through the process, other companies just wanted to tell me how good they were, so I went with Caledonian. The weren\'t just helpful, but considerate of my requirements and very professional in the way the handled all the paperwork etc. My move coordinator made sure I always knew what was happening and the girls in the office were always happy to answer my questions. I used this company to move and store my furniture while I was working abroad for 1 year. They delivered a dat later than agreed and most of the furniture was returned damaged with chips on the corners. We tried to claim through their insurance however they did not return calls and hung up on us when we got through. I have had to make a claim through my own insurance now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
