Not happy with this company. the guys doing the physical work did a great job on the day, but the office was in my view underhand and unhelpful when it came to charges. \'Waiting time\' was added on as a cost on the day very readily and despite us querying the item before signing up and being assured that it rarely arose. My advice - avoid this firm. They are not the cheapest and still they will look to get more money out of you at the first chance. Same goes for McCarthys in Leeds which are owned by the same family and will charge you exactly the same....
